1.FRESH FLOWERS & FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS

 Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and floral arrangements, all sales are final once the order has been delivered. We do not accept returns on fresh floral products.

 However, if you receive an arrangement that is:

 Significantly different from what was ordered

• Damaged or wilted upon delivery

• Of unsatisfactory quality

 Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos at hello@thesocialatelier.ae or via WhatsApp at +971 54 472 4087. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  2. EVENT & STYLING SERVICES DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all event and styling bookings. The remaining 50% balance is due 48 hours before the event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

 CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date: Balance refunded in full. Deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations made 36 days before the event date: 50% of the remaining balance refunded. Deposit is non-refundable.

  Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event date: No refund. Full amount is non-refundable.

No-shows on event day: Full amount is non-refundable.

 FORCE MAJEURE:

In the event of extreme weather, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer rescheduling at no additional charge. Refunds will not be issued under force majeure conditions.

  3. FLOWER SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled with 48 hours notice before the next scheduled delivery.

Refunds are not issued for deliveries already processed or in transit.

 4. BUSINESS CONSULTANCY SERVICES

• Consultancy sessions cancelled 24 hours or more in advance: Full refund or rescheduling at no charge.

No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: Non-refundable.

 5. STORE CREDIT Where a refund is not applicable, we may offer store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
