Shipping & Delivery Policy — The Social Atelier FZC
SAME-DAY DELIVERY CUT-OFF TIMES & DELIVERY SLOTS:
🌸 Ajman — Delivery Time Slots:
• Slot 1: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Slot 2: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Slot 3: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
(Orders must be placed in advance to secure your preferred slot. Subject to availability and team confirmation.)
🌸 All Other Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah):
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered the same day by 10:00 PM.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for the following day.
📌 All deliveries are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. For urgent or last-minute orders, please contact us directly on WhatsApp.
- Delivery Areas — We deliver across all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Delivery Timeframes — Orders are processed and delivered within the timeframe specified at checkout. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before a designated cut-off time.
- Delivery Charges — Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location within the UAE.
- Recipient Availability — Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery address. The Social Atelier is not responsible for orders left unattended after a successful delivery attempt.
- Perishable Items — As flowers are perishable, we are unable to reschedule deliveries once dispatched. If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- Damaged in Transit — If your order arrives damaged due to a delivery fault, please contact us on the same day of delivery with photos. Refer to our Refund & Return Policy for next steps.
- Special Occasions & Events — For event orders, delivery scheduling will be coordinated directly with our team to ensure timely arrival.
