TERMS OF SERVICE — THE SOCIAL ATELIER FZC

1. GENERAL
By accessing and placing an order with The Social Atelier FZC ("we", "us", "our"), 
you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these Terms of Service. 
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of thesocialatelier.ae.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
We offer premium floral arrangements, event styling, flower subscriptions, 
and business consultancy services. All products are subject to availability 
and seasonal variation. Product images are for illustration purposes; 
actual arrangements may vary slightly due to the nature of fresh flowers.

3. ORDERS & CONFIRMATION
All orders are subject to confirmation by our team. We reserve the right 
to cancel or modify any order due to availability, pricing errors, or 
circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified promptly in such cases.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of any 
applicable fees unless stated otherwise. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) 
and Bank Transfer. Online card payments will be available soon.

5. DELIVERY
We deliver across all Emirates. Same-day delivery cut-off times apply 
(please refer to our Shipping Policy for details). Delivery times are 
estimates and may vary due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. 
Fresh floral products are perishable and non-refundable once delivered, 
unless there is a quality issue. Please refer to our Refund Policy for 
full details.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the 
property of The Social Atelier FZC and may not be reproduced without 
prior written consent.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Social Atelier FZC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, 
or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. 
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.
